Production describle:

The wedge wire screen, also know as slot pipe, John screen,T-shapped wire wrapped screen, all -welded wire wrapped screen, which is manufactured by the welding of the support rib and surface wire with resistance welding. The high precision surface wire winds round the axial support rod in spirals. The filtering elements are characterized by high precision, tiny pores and excellent roundness. These cylindrical filtration parts are divided into forward wrap, counter wrap, backscrolling and reinforced shape according to the filtration directions, strength pressure-bearing and different operating enviroment.

FST-WSF-10/15/20/25 (10~1000 Microns) Series filter belongs to the forward wrap slotted screen filters. the forward wrap slotted screen's profile wire is wrapped by forward wrapping, support rods inside, the filtration direction is outerside to inside. this is the normal type. Its extremely roundness in shape and with a minimium 10 microns slot size. Customized the diameter and length for choosing.
